Step coolant drills combine multiple diameters and internal coolant, helping machine stepped holes while controlling chips and heat in one setup.

Step coolant drills are custom carbide drills that machine two or more diameters while delivering coolant through the tool body. They are used when a part needs a stepped hole, counterbore, shoulder or pilot-and-size feature and the buyer wants to reduce tool changes while keeping chips under control.
