Machining Tip: At R4mm, balance step-over and feed rate to manage thermal load in HRC65 hardened steel. Recommended: 8–15% D1 step-over for semi-finish, 3–8% for finishing. Use trochoidal Z-level strategy to maintain constant chip load on curved surfaces.
