The 10D shank is the deepest standard option in the JCD modular range — extending into territory usually reserved for solid carbide coolant-thru or gun-drill systems. Suited for crankshaft oil passages, turbine disc features, and long tie-rod holes. Machine spindle coolant pressure ≥ 40 bar is mandatory.

加工のヒント: The C25 shank body (D1=29mm) provides excellent rigidity for ø22mm at medium depths. Use peck cycles for 8D+ without high-pressure coolant. Ensure spindle bore supports 25mm shank with minimum 35mm projection.
