Consiglio di lavorazione: ø16.00mm produces large chip ribbons. Use a corner chamfer or spotting operation before drilling to eliminate the need for pilot drills. Reduce feed by 20% at 8D depth without internal coolant.
Coolant Advice: Flood coolant mandatory. For 8D holes, upgrade to the coolant-thru variant for reliable chip evacuation.
